Smok RPM 85 vape kit

Smok RPM 85 vape kit is a high-power device featuring RPM 85/100 pods, compatible with Smok RPM 2 and RPM 3 coils, depending on pod being used. It is of manual draw type so you will have to press and hold the power button when inhaling. RPM 85 is equipped with built-in 3000mAh battery that can provide up to 85W of power, while Type-C USB port ensures rapid charging. The top-fill pod design will allow a hassle-free refilling. The airflow adjustment valve is located at the top of the mod. To lock/unlock press the power button for 5 times within 2 seconds.

Smok RPM 85 coils and pods

The RPM 85 kit comes with RPM 85/100 pods, that are compatible with RPM 2 and RPM 3 coils, depending on pod being used. To replace a coil, remove pod from the device, unlock the red colour coil-lock, pull out old coil and push in a new one.

The RPM 85/100 pods feature a top-fill refilling mechanism and a wide, non-replaceable drip tip. They come in RPM 2 and RPM 3 versions and are compatible with respective coils. To refill, locate an arrow symbol on the top cap and slide it to uncover filling port, then fill the tank with e-liquid.

Which e-liquids to use with Smok RPM 85

Smok RPM 85 vape kit can be set up for DTL (direct-to-lung) or RDL (reduced direct-to-lung) vaping, depending on coil being used.

For DTL vaping, use any coil apart from 0.6ohm RPM 2 MTL one, and above 30W of power. You will be getting an airy draw with more clouds, which resembles shisha smoking. You should use e-liquids of 70% VG or higher with this type of coils.

For RDL vaping, use 0.23ohm RPM 3 or 0.23ohm RPM 2 coil, and below 30W of power. You will be getting a bit airier draw with more clouds, which resembles restricted shisha smoking. You can use e-liquids of 50-70% VG with this type of coils.

Even though there is one MTL coil in RPM 2 coil series, a wide built-in drip tip won't allow to fully enjoy MTL (mouth-to-lung) type of vaping with this device.

You can adjust the device to your needs by setting lower/higher wattage and airflow settings.
